• COD orders must be verified prior to dispatch, either via SMS OTP or manual confirmation.
• GCash payment may be offered by request only and must be confirmed by us before payment is made.

Shipping

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on parcel size, weight, and destination.
• Orders are shipped using J&T Express with tracking.
• Once a parcel is handed to the courier, delivery timelines are outside our direct control.

Returns and Refunds

• Refunds are considered for legitimate issues only and must be reported within two days of receipt.
• Clear photos are required to assess any claim.
• No refunds are provided for melted chocolate, minor packaging movement, or customer ordering errors.
