We aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and with as little fuss as possible.
Here’s how shipping works at Buy British PH.

Shipping fees and checkout

  • Shipping fees are shown at checkout and included in your total before you confirm your order.
  • Shipping is calculated based on weight, parcel size, delivery location, and where applicable volumetric weight for lighter but bulkier items.
  • Items such as cereals and tea can take up more space in the box, which can increase shipping costs even if they are light.
  • We charge exactly what the courier charges us and do not inflate shipping prices. We also offer automatic basket discounts to help reduce your overall delivery cost.

Automatic shipping discounts

  • β‚±50 off when you spend β‚±350+
  • β‚±100 off when you spend β‚±750+
  • β‚±150 off when you spend β‚±2,000+
  • β‚±200 off when you spend β‚±2,500+
  • No code needed, discounts apply automatically if your basket qualifies.

Our goal is to keep delivery fair and affordable, including for heavier tins and jars.

Payment options and verification

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.
  • We also accept GCash payments.
  • If you would prefer to pay by GCash, simply place your order as usual and reply to your order confirmation email requesting GCash payment instructions.
  • Your mobile number must be verified by SMS OTP after checkout before your order can be dispatched.
  • If the OTP is not completed, we may contact you to confirm your number. Orders cannot be shipped without a working contact number.
  • For COD orders, J&T Express collects full payment, including shipping, upon delivery. Please prepare the exact amount where possible.

Delivery areas

  • We ship nationwide across the Philippines via J&T Express.
  • Remote or island locations can take longer due to courier routing and transport schedules.

Dispatch and delivery times

  • Orders are typically packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days.
  • Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days depending on your location.

Order tracking

  • Once your parcel is handed to J&T, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
  • If no email address was provided, tracking will be sent by SMS instead.
  • Track your parcel on jtexpress.ph.
  • If tracking does not update within 2 working days, contact us and we’ll check it for you.

Chocolate and heat-sensitive products

  • We pack chocolate carefully and most orders arrive in good condition, including in warmer months.
  • We cannot guarantee chocolate will not melt during transit due to the Philippine climate.
  • If an item arrives badly melted, leaking, or damaged, please refuse delivery and return it with the courier.
  • Once a parcel is accepted, we cannot issue a refund for melted items.

Environmentally conscious packaging

  • We reduce excess packaging where possible. You may receive reused wrap or boxes.
  • Minor dents or scuffs on outer packaging can happen during transit. Items inside are packed to stay safe.

Courier responsibility

  • After a parcel is collected by J&T Express, delivery is handled by the courier network.
  • Delays and mishandling can occur during transit. If a parcel arrives damaged, please refuse it and return it to the courier immediately.
