🚚 Delivery Information

We aim to keep delivery clear, fair, and affordable. We charge exactly what the courier charges us, and where we can, we help reduce that cost automatically as your basket grows.

How delivery charges work

  • Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Shipping is calculated based on weight, parcel size, delivery location, and where applicable volumetric weight for lighter but bulkier items.
  • Items such as cereals and tea can take up more space in the box, which can increase shipping costs even if they are light.
  • We charge exactly what the courier charges us, we do not add any markup to shipping fees.
  • Where possible, we also apply automatic basket discounts to help keep delivery fair and affordable.

Payment options

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.
  • We also accept GCash payments.
  • If you prefer to pay via GCash, simply place your order as usual and reply to your order confirmation email requesting GCash payment instructions.
  • Orders must have a verified mobile number before dispatch via SMS OTP.
  • If the OTP is not received or cannot be completed, we will contact you to confirm your number before shipping.
  • If verification is not completed, the order may be cancelled for security reasons.
  • For COD orders, please prepare the exact amount where possible, as J&T Express collects full payment upon delivery.

Dispatch and delivery times

  • Orders are typically packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days.
  • Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on your location.
  • Remote and island areas may take longer due to courier routing and transport schedules.

Tracking your order

  • Once your parcel is handed to J&T Express, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
  • If you did not provide an email address or placed your order as a guest, tracking will be sent by SMS instead.
  • Track your parcel on jtexpress.ph.
  • If tracking does not update within 2 working days, contact us and we’ll gladly check it for you.

Delivery coverage

  • We ship nationwide across the Philippines via J&T Express.
  • Most orders arrive safely and without issue, though delays can occasionally occur during busy periods.

How we help with delivery costs

Delivery costs can add up, especially for heavier British favourites such as tins, jars, and bottled items. To help keep things as fair as possible, we automatically reduce delivery costs on qualifying baskets at checkout.

  • ₱50 off when you spend ₱600+
  • ₱100 off when you spend ₱1000+
  • ₱175 off when you spend ₱2,000+
  • ₱250 off when you spend ₱3,0000+
  • No code needed, discounts apply automatically at checkout.

Bargain Bin items do not qualify for delivery discounts.
