Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for all orders. You will receive an OTP verification by SMS before we ship, so please double check your mobile,cell number is correct at checkout.
Where are your products sourced from?

What if something arrives damaged or melted?

What payment methods do you accept?
At present, we only accept Cash on Delivery for orders. Other payment options, such as GCash, Maya, cards, and bank transfer, will be available soon.
How are items packed for delivery?
All orders are carefully packed using minimal but protective materials. We avoid excess plastic where possible, so you might notice the occasional small dent or scuff on tins, but your food remains perfectly fine to enjoy.
What is your returns and refund policy?
We value our customers, so if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please refuse delivery and return it to the courier. Once we receive it back, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Opened or used items cannot be returned unless faulty. For chocolates, refunds are not issued if the parcel is accepted and the item has melted.
Are your prices the same as in the UK?
Our prices reflect the cost of importing goods, shipping, and local taxes in the Philippines. We aim to keep everything as fair as possible, but items will naturally cost more than in Britain.
