Buy British PH is a Philippines-based online shop specialising in genuine British groceries. We import UK favourites and deliver them directly to customers across the Philippines.
Do you deliver British groceries anywhere in the Philippines?
Yes. We ship nationwide using J&T Express. Whether you’re in Metro Manila, Cebu, or a provincial area, we can deliver to most locations.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually packed within one business day. Delivery time depends on your location and typically takes around two to five days. Tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is our standard payment option. For COD orders, you may receive an OTP verification by SMS before dispatch, so please ensure your mobile number is correct at checkout.
Do you accept GCash?
Yes, GCash is available by request only. If you prefer to pay by GCash in advance, please message us after placing your order and we will send the payment details or QR code. If no request is made, the order will remain Cash on Delivery as standard.
Where are your products sourced from?
All of our groceries are imported from the UK through trusted suppliers and wholesalers. We focus on well-known British brands and products people genuinely miss.
Are your items genuine UK imports?
Yes. We only sell genuine UK products. We do not stock imitation or knock-off items.
Can I request a British product that isn’t listed?
Yes. If there’s something you’re looking for that isn’t currently available, message us and we’ll do our best to source it. Many of our products are stocked based on customer requests.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email or SMS. You can also check your order status directly on our website.
What if something arrives damaged or melted?
If an item arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery and return it to the courier. For chocolates, we cannot guarantee they will not melt during hot weather. Full details are listed on relevant product pages.
How are items packed for delivery?
Orders are packed securely using minimal but protective materials. To reduce waste, we avoid excessive packaging, so minor cosmetic dents on tins can occur, but the food inside remains perfectly safe.
What is your returns and refund policy?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please refuse delivery and return it to the courier. Once returned, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Opened or used items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Are your prices the same as in the UK?
Prices are higher than in the UK due to importing, shipping, and local operating costs. We aim to keep pricing fair while maintaining reliable stock and service.
Do you have a physical shop?
No. We operate online only, which allows us to serve customers nationwide and keep overheads lower.
