Every time you place a Cash on Delivery order, you’ll receive a one-time password (OTP) by SMS. Enter the code to confirm your order and help keep our service secure for all genuine customers.

🔐 OTP Verification for Every COD Order

  • All COD orders require OTP verification via SMS.
  • Only Philippine mobile numbers (+639 or 09) are supported.
  • We verify the phone number, delivery address, and recipient availability.
  • Orders not confirmed by OTP will be automatically cancelled.

📦 Delivery & Payment

  • We ship nationwide via J&T Express.
  • Full payment is collected by the courier upon delivery.
  • Please prepare the exact amount, as change may not be available.

🚫 Failed or Fake Orders

  • Fake names, overseas numbers, or repeat failed deliveries may be blocked.
  • Refusing COD delivery without a valid reason will lead to account restrictions.
  • We reserve the right to blacklist abusers by name, number, or address.
