1. Pour contents of 1 sachet into a jug or bowl

2. Add 285ml (½ pint) of boiling water and stir until dissolved

3. Add 285ml (½ pint) of cold water, stir again

4. Pour into serving dish or mould

5. Allow to cool, then refrigerate to set
