At Buy British PH, we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and with as little fuss as possible. Here’s how our shipping works:

📦 Shipping Fees & Checkout

• Customers pay for shipping at checkout, your total, including shipping, will be shown before you confirm your order.
• Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and delivery location.
• We do not make any money from shipping fees, we charge only what the courier charges us, then reduce it further with our shipping discounts.
• We help cover your delivery fee with automatic shipping discounts at checkout:
• ₱50 off when you spend ₱350+
• ₱100 off when you spend ₱750+
• ₱200 off when you spend ₱2,500+
• No code needed, discounts apply automatically if your basket qualifies.

Unlike many other shops in the Philippines, we do not add extra charges to shipping, our aim is to keep delivery as fair and affordable as possible.

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available nationwide. All COD orders require OTP verification via SMS before we ship.
• If we do not receive confirmation, the order will be cancelled.
• J&T Express will collect full payment, including shipping, upon delivery. Please prepare the exact amount.

📍 Delivery Areas

• We ship nationwide across the Philippines via J&T Express.
• Some remote or island locations may take slightly longer to reach.

🕒 Dispatch Time

• Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days.
• Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on your location.

📦 Order Tracking

• Once your parcel is handed to J&T, you’ll receive your tracking number by SMS. If you provided an email, we’ll send it there too.
• Track your parcel using your tracking number at jtexpress.ph.
• If your tracking number hasn’t updated within 2 working days, please get in touch.

🍫 Chocolate & Heat-Sensitive Products

• We pack chocolate carefully and most orders arrive in good condition, even in warm months.
• However, we cannot guarantee chocolates will not melt during transit due to the Philippine climate.
• If your parcel arrives melted, leaking, or damaged, please refuse delivery and return it with the courier. Once accepted, we cannot issue a refund for melted items.

🌱 Environmentally Conscious Packaging

• We reduce excess packaging whenever possible, so you may receive parcels with reused wrap or boxes.
• Minor dents or scuffs on packaging are possible, but your products will be safe inside.
• Thank you for supporting lower-waste delivery.

❗ Courier Responsibility

• Once your parcel is picked up by J&T Express, they are responsible for delivery in transit.
• We cannot control delays, mishandling, or lost items once shipped.
• If your parcel is damaged, refuse it and return it to the courier immediately.
