Product is not in pyramid teabags as advertised. PG tips are supposedly in pyramid teabags not flat teabags.

Thank you for your feedback, we really want to see some pictures of this claim, if at all possible, as the box as you would have seen was unopened, so it would mean PG Tips themselves have packed the wrong tea bags, if as you say they were not Pyramid bags. We find that hard to believe, so pictures would be great, and we will take it back to PG in the UK themselves. We look forward to seeing them soon, either here or via chat.
