Terms of Service – Buy British PH

By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are here to protect both you and us and ensure transparency in how we do business.

🛒 Orders

  • All orders are subject to product availability and final confirmation by us.
  • Prices and availability may change at any time without notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspicion of fraudulent activity.

💰 Payments

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently our only payment method. Pay the courier in full (including shipping) when your order arrives.
  • All COD orders require verification before shipping (OTP or manual check).

🚚 Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees, calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
  • Once handed over to J&T Express, delivery is outside our control.

📦 Returns & Refunds

  • We accept refund requests for legitimate issues only. Contact us within 2 days of receiving the item, with clear photos.
  • No refunds for melted chocolate, minor packaging movement (e.g. loose tea), or customer order errors.

🔒 Privacy

  • We collect only the information needed to fulfil your order and never sell or share your data for marketing.

⚖️ Legal Stuff

  • This site operates in the Philippines and complies with local laws and regulations.
  • Buy British PH is a DTI and BIR registered business.
  • Disputes will be handled under Philippine law.
