📦 How to Order

 

 

Ordering from Buy British PH is straightforward. No account is required, you can shop, checkout, and pay on delivery.

Tip: Creating an account is optional and makes re-ordering quicker next time. You can also track your orders more easily.
New accounts: get ₱50 store credit within 24 hours (₱300 minimum spend applies).

How to order

  1. Shop your favourites: browse the site, add items to your basket, then checkout.
  2. Enter delivery details: no sign-up or password is needed to place an order.
  3. Choose payment: Cash on Delivery (COD) is the standard option.
  4. Add your mobile number: this is used for order verification and delivery updates.
  5. Receive an OTP: after clicking Complete Order, you will be taken to the next page where you enter the code we send to your phone.
  6. Confirm your order: enter the OTP to finalise checkout. Please allow up to 5 minutes for the code to arrive and keep the page open while you wait.
  7. Pay on delivery: pay the courier when your order arrives.

GCash option

If you prefer to pay by GCash in advance, it can be offered by request. Place your order as normal, then message us and we’ll advise the next steps.

Why we use OTP

OTP verification keeps orders secure and helps prevent fake orders and wasted deliveries. Your number is used only for order-related verification and updates.
